Returns and Exchanges - Policy and Procedure (Please Read Carefully)

Fees and Charges:

• Shipping charges are NOT refundable
• You are responsible for the shipping costs to get the items back to KTMartialArts.com for a return or exchange
• Items sent back for a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee (original cost + 20% of that total price)
• Items sent back for an exchange will be charged the exact cost of reshipping the new items back to you - there is no restocking fee for exchanges
• You will not be charged a restocking fee for items that arrive damaged or defective

What You May Return:

• You may return new items that are suitable for resale, provided your return is postmarked no later than 5 days from the date you received your order

What You May Not Return:

• Anything that has been damaged, stained, altered, soiled, sweated-in or washed
• Items that smell like cigarette smoke
• Anything that has been contaminated with pet hair
• Special order, CLEARANCE or custom items
• Cups, mouth pieces,  groin supporters, or other personal items
• Weapons - either practice or real, unless they are defective
• DVD's, if they are defective, may only be EXCHANGED for the EXACT SAME DVD
• Books
• Items that you have had longer than 5 days

IMPORTANT: KTMartialArts.com is an online retail store that sells brand-new items. When you make a purchase from us, you may inspect your new items, try them on, and make sure everything fits. However, once an item loses it's brand-new status (5 days after delivery), it no longer has any value to us, and is therefore not returnable. If you return merchandise that is in violation of these guidelines, no refund or credit will be issued. We will contact you and attempt to make arrangements to have your package returned to you.

If you need to return merchandise: Include your sales receipt and a note in with the items telling us what you would like to do (IE: Exchange for different size). Wrap merchandise securely and return via UPS. or insured Post Office. All merchandise sold, as sets must be returned as sets, only if you are asking for a refund. You will be credited by the original method of payment excluding shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee of your order total (minus the shipping charges).

How to Order

US Postal Money Order

At KTMartialArts.com, our secure server encrypts all payment information that you transmit to us while using our site. This includes your user name, password and credit card number and expiration date. The encryption process takes all of the personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet.
Our online Shopping Cart System is the neatest and the easiest to use of all our online ordering methods.

Items may be purchased simply by clicking the Add button located near each item listed on the pages of our site. You can even insert the quantity desired in the box before pressing the Add and that amount will be added to your Shopping Cart. Quantity pricing will also be calculated automatically.

Once you have completed your shopping you then just need to click on the Checkout button and you will be transferred to the Order Completion page where you will fill in your Payment Method and your Name and shipping information and then submit your order to our server. Also the Shopping Cart system will give you the opportunity to print out a copy of your order for your records.

Please note that nothing is final until you press the final submit button on your order

Out-of-Stock Products
We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Payment  
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Other, more contemporary bank cards such as Venmo, CashApp or Chime have also had great success during checkout. Please DO NOT send cash through the mail for an order. We know it sounds ridiculous in this day and age but it does happen. We DO NOT accept personal checks as payment but WE DO ACCEPT United States Postal Money Orders (Those can be purchased at a United States Post Office). All electronic transactions are processed through Godaddy Payments™, one of the most if not the most reliable SSL Secured payment gateways in existence.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are added automatically to your order BEFORE you accept final checkout.

Shipping Time:

Orders will normally ship within 24 hrs., provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We DO NOT offer Express or Overnight Shipping.

Normally orders arrive in 2-10 business days. (Saturday or Sunday are not business days) Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by KTMartialArts.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

My Tracking Number Says "Delivered", but I don't have my package. Now What?

If your package was handled by a local post office or delivery service, the tracking information may indicate that your order has been delivered once it arrives at the local post office or delivery services facility. However, your package may still be one or two days from being delivered to your address. Please be patient. In the vast majority of cases, the tracking information has been updated early and your package should arrive soon.

If, after a few days your package still hasn't been delivered, go through the following checklist before calling customer service to make absolutely sure that your package is actually missing.

1. Make sure no one else has accepted delivery on your behalf. Check with family members, roommates, apartment managers, building personnel, mail room, front desk, concierge or anyone else who may have accepted delivery on your behalf.
2. Check the area surrounding the delivery location. Often, well-meaning delivery personnel will inadvertently hide a package from its intended recipient by placing it in a concealed location safe from potential thieves. Check side porches, rear entrances, in and around garages, and behind bushes or outdoor fixtures.
3. Check Your Mailbox. Many of the packages that we send are delivered by the US post office and are placed in the normal mail receptacle. Please make sure your order isn't in your mailbox. This happens quite often.
4. If you live in a complex where the mailboxes are grouped together, be sure to check your mailbox for the key that will open the large Parcel Locker. The Parcel Locker is almost always found attached to the smaller mailboxes. This is where you will almost always find larger packages that have been delivered by the US Postal Service.
5. Check for a Mail Hold. Make sure that the Postal Service isn't holding your mail. If there is a mail hold attached to your name or address, your mail will not be delivered.
6. Check for a Notice of Attempted Delivery. Make sure that there isn't a notice from the Post Office on your door, in your mail box, or P.O. Box. If you find a notice follow the directions on it to request re-delivery.
7. Contact the carrier. If your package was sent using the post office and you have the same mail-carrier everyday, you should contact that person and find out if they have any information about your package.

Claims:
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if not received.

Size Charts:

Size charts are located in the picture profile of any given product (if the item requires a sizing chart). The size charts are VERY ACCURATE. Please be sure to take proper measurements of your body prior to ordering.

Taxes:
None as of yet.

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
